Erik Bradley

Chief Executive Officer

Erik is the fourth generation owner of Bradley Bros Insurance and has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Originally getting his start at Pilot Insurance as an underwriter, Erik developed his skills on the company side before moving into the broker channel. He worked at Bradley Bros Insurance under his Father Robert and Uncle Phil before taking over the brokerage in 2018. Erik graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and while there was the captain of the Men's Golf Team when they won the OUA Championship. To this day, Erik is an avid golfer in the summer and also enjoys fishing, hockey and baseball. In the winter you can find him downhill skiing with his family at Brimacombe. Erik has a wife, Allison and two sons, Harrison and Emmett. Erik is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated not only in the insurance industry, but to our brokerage and our employees. He will go above and beyond to service our clients the way his great-grandfather and the others before him intended.
